Smith…I’m gonna check with my uncle in South Bend, IN…he is a farmer up there and just within the last 4 or 5 years sold the farm but he still works for his cousin who farms a bunch of land up there…I’ll see if he has anything or would be interested in this.

Lou no doubt about it, long term is especially important part of the advice. There is no doubt money can be made with short term holds but long term is nearly guaranteed at least 6% on Iowa farmland.
